- Damaged items- will need to email info@kathryngreeleydesigns.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will replace the item at no additional charge.
Shipping Information
- Shipping occurs during business hours M-F, excluding holidays. We will email you with any updates regarding delays caused by backorders, etc. At that time, you will have the option of cancelling your order with a full refund or exchange upon request.
